I'm very interested, I was at Georgian College up in Barrie, the download speed on wifi was a nice 2MB/s downloading a file. For example at Guelph we are starting a new wireless lab and getting a bunch of test equipment from a bunch of companies that make "industrial" mesh routers. A school like MIT that has a long established research group uses their research equipment in such a way that people around that campus are able to connect to the internet though it.
