Alpha 3 gave him crap supers (Tropical Hazard was way too predictable). At least in C vs. S they gave him that electric ball super. Blanka is basically jumping HK, c. HK. Wait them out, then use df HP. I've seen some pretty nice Custom combo's pulled off with him, but he's more of a close range super bar builder. Ken, despite being the mainstay of SF, is my best character. 2 good supers to choose from and a nasty anti-air kills noobs who don't roll. ----------------------------------- AsianSensation Wed Oct 22, 2003 10:37 pm ----------------------------------- but those dragon punches and hurricane kicks and even fireballs that ken and akuma and ryu all use are way too punishable. blanka's c.HK is so effective versus those, block low and then on their way down, c.HK, works like wonder every single time. true, blanka doesn't have good supers in Alpha III, and I never use A-ism or X-ism for him. But he has one of the fastest jumping HK out of all of the characters, followed by a c.HK, does a lot of damage, and is abusable, and not easily punishable.
