Cause there was a letter from waterloo that i received in late December and it's dated on November. I know it's fun but it won't be if he has to drive. He has to go to the counter to pay for an overnight letter, and the person handling the transaction will fix any glitches. Besides, the deadline is Friday. They won't look at the applications before Monday.
