Turing Help Keystrokes

How can I make a program send keystrokes(f5) into a program?

Not repeatedly press f5, it has to send the commands to the program, without interrupting anything while alt tabbed.

Turing can't do it; it doesn't have OS level API calls. It's been asked about many times -- please search the forums.
