tdoc bbcode

Since we now have online turing documentation (http://compsci.ca/holtsoft/doc) i thought it would be a good idea to add a new bbcode shortcut to link to keywords and functions with in it.

How to use it:

View.Set[/tdoc]
[tdoc]GUI.ClearText[/tdoc]
[tdoc]Concurrency_getpriority[/tdoc]
[tdoc]cls[/tdoc]
[tdoc]intro[/tdoc]
