Online Turing Documentation

There have been some reports that the Help function in Turing 4.1.1 is now broken so i have added it all online.

I've never personally had this problem. Maybe it's because I installed 4.0.5 first and then copied the files from 4.1.1 and replaced the 4.0.5 files with it.

I abandoned Turing the day I finished gr10 CS, and the doc's worked fine on my school comp, so no problems for me either
