Need Help!

See I am trying to make a pikachu I am done most of it but I have not the parts which need the Draw.Arc command to complete it.

I need to finish the head and the body(doesn't take a lot of time)

It's just that the Draw Arc command is really hard for me and If somebody can help me out it would be greatly appreciated..

I am done most of the picture.

It's just that I need someone to help me with the arcs of the head and body you there other than that i am done almost everything ( except color which i will do later)
