Turing Paint

Well I am Just uploading my paint program that I have been working on in the last 6 days...
I havn't finished all the tools yet but I have a bunch done, and it saves the pictures that you draw.

Turing Paint is almost done. I am finishing off a few more features.


Unfinished:
-Cut, Copy, Paste,
-Flip, Scale (Scale does not scale yet but moves the picture.)
-Rotate (I need to Fix Rotate 90 degrees and rotate 270 degreed
-Help Menu (Just needs to be updated after)
-Others

This is the first Finished Version Of my paint Program!
I also will now include code. Please post any comments for how I can improve 
my code or comments on the program it's self. Please post thoughts.
