Transferring to UWaterloo... is it even worth applying?

I'm a first year student at University of Manitoba, last year before graduating high-school I only applied to UManitoba since it was closest to where I live and all my friends were going there. I did know what I wanted to do so it would have been financially irresponsible to study out of my province, anyways, now I want to pursue a degree in Computer science and was hoping to get into UWaterloo. My highschool grades were

Chem 93
Physics 96
English 81
Pre Calculus (Advanced Functions in ontario) 96
Calculus and Vectors 80

My grades in the first semester of uni were
Chem B+
Bio B
Calculus 1: A
Computer Science 1: A+
History: A

(UofM grading scale:
a+ = 90-100%
a = 80-90%
b+ = 75-80%
b = 70- 75%
c+ = 65-70
c = 55-65
