when program is ran, sprite in processes appears in correct location but then appear in random locations after a while?

I made a game program and i have 2 cloud processes moving left and right and shoots lightning at the place where they stop. It works in the beginning, after a while the lightning is shooting at different locations, not where the cloud has stopped. What happened?
