If you mean "CAD program", then no, I don't know of any of those that are written in Java.

If you mean "3D modeller", then I have to wonder why you specifically want Java - there are C, C++, Python, etc alternatives that work quite well. See also http://www.blender.org/.

If you did actually mean "3D scenegraph / engine" then jMonkeyEngine will do what you want it to. I'm using it, and my experiences have been very positive. It's a great project with an excellent community.
