Does anyone use PowerISO?

Does anyone use PowerISO for .DAA files as in extracting them? I did a search in Google for part of my error:

I still don't know how to fix the error. I will post the error below.

Note: The above link was not started by me. I found it searching Google. Yes, I have a register copy of PowerISO.
