I have seen this pic before and all ways wonder why people thought the disturbing part was cholesterol when it freaking pork brains and in milk gravy none the less.

Because Dan, that is 11 times as much cholesterohl we're supposed to have, in a 200 g container. 

However, I could see a reason to eat this. Believe it or not, there are people whom /have/ to go on fatty diets, because of various factors, blood disease, etc. One of my exes was one of those people, skinny as can be, but could eat like a lumberjack. Though that is a bit much. 0.0

Lots of asian girls I know can eat as much as me (I'm 215 pounds) and they're 100 pounds or so.

Michael Phelps eats 11-12 thousand calories per day, and most of that is from fat :) Fat = best way to obtain calories once you got your daily nutrients.
