difficult with sub screens

if anyone knows where to find a tutrail in making a sub screen could you please tell me where to find it or if you know how to make one could you explain to me?

What do you mean by sub screen, im not familiar with those terms. Do you mean opening another window? If so, look in F10 help and search Window.
