Help with computer programming project

Can someone plz help me get turing on my computer i need to finish my project tonight and i cant get turing.Also i need someone to tell me how to make my stick person move.
My stickman is drawn piece by piece,,,
for example
drawoval (200,300,10,10)-head
drawline (200,200,300,200)-arm
thee are just examples wish i could link the real numbers but i cant get turing on my computer.

At the top of the page there is link to download turing. It has the words Download Turing next to it. 

Also to move stick people you have to use a variable to draw them then change that variable which will move the drawing.
