Can someone help me figure out why my Lite-C wont work?

i downloaded lite-c, im not sure if its the same thing as C, but the codes I put in dont work. if i load it up from the Tutorials its fine, if i delete something and retype it it doesn't work. any one else having this problem or know whats wrong?
