Problem with turing download links

I've noticed in the past few days that the holtsoft site is not functioning properly. I'm not sure if this has come to anyone's attention.

Ya its down, and it probly is never coming back. Unfrontly there is not much we can do about it short of remaking turing from scratch.

Oh, sorry about that. I was wondering, which license is Turing distributed with? Is it possible to host it at this domain? I already have it, but it might be good for others.
