Re: transportation -- there's a greyhound route going from the Toronto terminal (at Bay and Dundas) directly to the University of Waterloo, and back. The return bus leaves at 5pm, which might be kind of early if we are all staying for dinner after, but the same ticket can be used (with no questions asked) to leave from the Kitchener terminal at a variety of later times. The terminal is directly accessible by a bus from UW. Also, I'll be driving from Toronto myself, so there might be some car-pooling involved. @Cervantes -- I'm working on getting things laminated. Though for now, I'm thinking something along the lines of: - meet up and introduce ourselves over lunch - campus tour: Engineering -> Library (DC) -> CS -> CS/MATH -> Student-Life-Centre - hopefully I'll find someone in a residence to volunteer their room for examination. Otherwise we'll just ninja our way in anyway. - do various things of interest. It's at the back (though depending on which way you are coming from) of the building, on the main floor.
