How to export to an .exe that does not require turing?

-----------------------------------

Ok i am not bad with turing and i want to export some of my programs to an .exe that you do not need turing to run (stand alone) so my friends who do not have turing can play/use them.
Thank you for helping :D

To save standalone executables? Yes. I don't understand how they keep on messing up this "feature".

I remember trying to compile an exe with Turing 4.1.1 on Linux using WINE and it worked flawlessly. I never tried it on Windows though.
