im sorry, i wasn't very clear.

i would like to post my grade nine ISP, but have multiple things in the folder (pics, music).

i compressed it all into a Win.rar file, but i do not know how to attach it to my post.

Help would be great...

People eat at 6:00~>7:00, chill.  7zip it and attach it.  Other than that, be sure to compress anything for it very well.  EG:  Do not include WAV files, use MP3.  Do not include BMPs unless necessary, compress with JPG or GIF, etc.

The site should allow you to post rar files but most peoleop use zip so more will look at it in that format. 

You can attach a file by clicking the attach file buttion when postsing and then clicking browse, select the file, hit add file and then hit submit.
