Ok couple of questions, 

does anyone know a free web host that supports PHP?
and does anyone know how to install it on your own computer?

for the first one:

it kinda sucks...cuz its mysql is screwed...

So its better to buy a domain..or host it on your comp.

you need either apache or IIS (windows) installed if your going to host your stuff on your comp.

apache.org and php.net ... they both open source (ie free)

it can be kind acomplicated to get everything set up at first... so if you are lazy and don't feel like figuring it out, I would say look for something like triad I think one is called that includes in a one step exe install apache, php and mysql ... I've never used one so I dunno of any (do know they exist - recall a friend rambling on about one) just do like a google search for php installer or something

host.sk also has php (diff language and pretty slow).. they also have unlimited storage (at least when i used it)
