Need help form mod

Um, i was trying to post a star wars game in the the turing forum and a message came up saying i've past my quota, 

is there any way i could get rid of my old post?

User Controp Panel ->> on the left side, you'll see  User ACP ->> check marks on what you want to delete ->> click delete
