If it happens that a site has a copy of Weighted Companion Cube and a game that some one linked to at the same time compsci.ca can not be at fault if there intetion was not to distrubit Weighted CompanionCube witch just happend to be on the same server. So as long as no one is posting a copy of Weighted Companion Cube on the compsci.ca server and no one is directly saying where to get a copy of Weighted Companion Cube it is fine and within the rules.
