What's the extension for?

-----------------------------------

This is an odd question but what is the file extension for the Turing help files you can view by pressing F10 while in Turing? The reason I'm asking is because I decided to email that help file to myself from school for quick reference but because G-mail didn't allow the file extension, I changed it to something else. Now I can't remember it, which makes my effort wasted because I can't change the extension back.
If any one wouldn't mind going into their own copy of turing and finding that file (in Turing for Windows 4.0.5 its called TuringDoc.*** and was not in an obscure directory) I would appreciate it greatly.
