Directories - Opening, Closing, Creating, Etc.

When I try to open a directory from my C: drive, it gives me eFsysAccessDenied as Error.LastStr

Does anyone know how to fix/circumvent/correct/avoid this problem??

is it a turing file ur tryin to open in the directory or just the directory itself... If u need to open the file inside the directory, but it on the desktop and try opening it from there
