I mean I could make techno on my computer if I wanted to... and those pop people they just sing in a studio where they get as many chances as they want to make it sound good... then when it comes time to do a concert they lip sync the whole thing.... you'll never see a metal band lip sync... and those pop stars are wussies too... Eminem and Dre and Snoop are people who actually write their own stuff. They are good artists, with actual skills. Cemetery Gates, Suicide Note Pt. But instead of me ranting about how much Rap/Hip Hop (a lot of music that gets categorized as rap is actually hip hop) is half-assed, I intend to prove it with the Asok's Crap Rap Challenge! Here's the challenge, using DMX songs, find a word in the SONG (not intro/outro bullshit it needs to be sung) that is at least 3 syllables. Sounds like a really easy challenge eh? Rap couldn't possibly be so half-assed that there isn't a single 3 syllable word on 4 albums right? We'll see. I'm going to say this now because I got this a lot last time I held the exact same contest (no winner), "mother fucker" is 2 WORDS. idiots. (btw I haven't actually checked myself beyond the singles so it's fair game) First person to post the word and the song gets 10 bits once I verify it. And it actually has to be a WORD!
