Problem copying files from device to computer/SysPrep2.0

Hey all,

Haven't been on the boards in a while, just bought my first computer thats officially my very own after 2 fat paycheques from my new position at dell :)

I actually bought an HP from futureshop because it was a good deal, but 20 minutes in and I'm already cursing.

I'm trying to upload files from my old comp onto my new comp via my little 4 gb zen, the computer detects it fine, but when I go to transfer the file I get this:

NOTE: When I first booted the computer I got this System Preperation Tool 2.0 which I understand is for factory workers setting up the computer, I'm not sure if its a refurbished thing only or not, but this computer is refurbished, and I guess they didn't set it up properly... do you think the 2 issues are coinciding? Oh and also, I've got over 300 gigs of free space, the error IS bogus if you haven't already figured that out.

Install linux on the dang thing already :-P
