opening windows progs from turing

can u open up a program like volume control using the open procedure or do u hafta do it sum other way

um...i dunno, i've seen it b4...i know there's GUI that makes the volume controls..but i dunno how to calibrate it so that it works with a computer...u'll hafta ask dan or tony bout that.
