Set Transparent Colour

I need to know how to set an transparent colour with turing 4.0.3, pic.setTranseparentColour does not work with my type of turing.

Well, as long as the problem isn't your misspelling of the procedure:
Pic.SetTransparentColour
Then I'm afraid there's nothing reasonably efficient which you can do.
