how to decompile class, and how to compile java applet?

if i only got the class file what programs do i have to use to convert it back to java file? i've got DJ java decompiler but it got use limits  :( 
and how do i compile, edit, and run a java applet?

I however am confused about what you are asking. If you can decompile a Java class I'm sure you can recompile it. Where are you having trouble the programming or html? There are thousands, if not millions, of Tutorials on Google that tell you how to make Java applets. Whether it be making the html or programming it.

i just found this today

at first i was iffy about it, thinking its prob some adware or w/e. but its a real small file and it looks clean to me. i been playing w/ it all day :D
