----------------------------------- RGB255 Thu Oct 12, 2006 6:31 pm Can't delete program ----------------------------------- So I've made my frst .exe and I found it doesn't want to work properly as an exe and I fixed the problem but now I can't delete my old program. Can anyone tell me what's wrong? ----------------------------------- Silent Avenger Thu Oct 12, 2006 6:35 pm ----------------------------------- You can't delete it because the program is technically still running even though you closed your form. So to delete your old exe you have to either restart your computer or do Ctrl + Alt + Delete and end the program that way so you can delete the exe. My grade 9 class had the same problem and people were trying to make their final project an exe and we didn't know of the end function and therefor when we needed to fix something we couldn't overwrite the old file.
