The "source code" to a "compiled" flash animation would be the .fla file. Think of it as the project file, like you have project files when working with photoshop, or even the project files created when working in visual basic and other languages. The SWF Decompiler will do it. And yes, I believe the code comes with it (sorry, only tried it on one of my swf's where I deleted the fla.) But since it's decompiling it, it should, potentially decompile everything.
