I'm assuming he means a Word Jumble, found in the "blow your time" section of the newspaper with crosswords and wordsearches etc.

or if he's brittish then he's reffering to jumblees which are testicles. So JSBN ripped his dads testicles... I'm going to have to assume it's the word jumble.  :lol:
