Colorful Cat

Hey everyone, 
i'm new here and need some help with this turing program i have been working on. I have to create a colorful cat(3x3). The only problem i have is how should i even start this? Does anyone have any ideas on what i can do.

cat, eh... well you open up MS Paint (preferably PhotoShop, but if you dont have...), then load up a clipart of a cat  :lol: *caugh* I'm serious now. Take the paintbrush tool and trase the cat. Make it look like you drew it yourself.
