Music mixing / DJ software

Does anyone know of a good software for mixing, editing and manipulating music and sounds. Where i can add a multitude of sounds and such together aswell as some effects and what not (like a Dj sorta speak)

any names of such software would be great.

i've been using Acoustica Mixcraft lately, and it's a really neat program. especially with all the extensions available
