Question about a flats game

-----------------------------------

I have been working on a game program which have new flat comes up on every 60, meaning when the first flat get to the point which y = 60, a new flat comes up, but I found it is so hard to do that, I tried every thing, and nothing has working for me. :(

Please help me if you know how to slove this. Thank you.
