(Tutorial Request) VScrollBars

Can't find a good tutorial on it... nothing helps me. =/
I want to use the scroll bar with a word file embedded in an OLE object. The file is kinda longer and wider than the size of the OLE object... so I want to add the V Scroll Bar and maybe even a H Scroll bar. But I don't know how, or even if that is possible...
So... if someone could provide a tutorial... that would be appreciated.  :D
