I looked everywhere on this site, and searched for it, but i can't find anything telling me how to delete it. Any help??? The policy for inactive users is to leave their accounts alone. There's no harm to you in keeping it open, so it is left there, and you're free to leave or return at any time. I see no reason to delete accounts that have been activated and are not bots since it dose not take up much space in the data base.
