Changing .exe icon

I thought I saw an article somewhere here on Compsci about this a couple months ago, but I couldn't find it. Does anyone know how to change the Holtsoft icon when you make an .exe file?

Also, underneath you .exe filename it says 'Turing Standalone Prolog for Windows' 'Holt Software Associates Inc.' etc. Know any way to change this?

(This should be able to change both the icon and the version info).
