You can't install an OS from within another so deamon tools, etc. simply won't help you. The long answer is that if you have vmware and you enable raw access to the physical drive you can install through vmware. This would be one of those cases where there are too many different things that can happen and too much variation to be able to provide concise instructions. Really it's one of those times where experience is the only thing that can really help. If your installing an OS why don't you simply burn a CD. If not, you can try editing your image file to make it smaller. There are often foreign language files or useless documentation that can be compressed or ripped out entirely.
