Personal projets are a big thing at google. ----------------------------------- shorthair Sun Feb 05, 2006 8:08 pm ----------------------------------- but lets not forget that htey own whatever you make. i was at 3 google talks this year atU of T, they really like to hire from this Uni. and the personal time thing is realy cool , becsuae you get to harness all of googles resources that you just cant have on your own , but there are lots of strings and webs around hte whole thing. Also, it's not just "Here's some free time, go and have fun." You have to apply for what you want to do and get it approved by management.
