I'd convert it all to one standard format... but there is no way it'd be worth it. 6500+ files require WAY too much time to convert to a single format. Especially since I'm always getting more. They recommend the Filp4Mac plugin instead, which is infact more up-to-date than M$'s own player (the mac version).
