It won't get sent because any mesage with download.php is automatically disgarded. Nudges for example are limited to being SENT so you could disable the nudge protection on your client and sent infinite nudges. File protection on the other hand is blocked from being RECIEVED so if you have it disabled on your MSN you can recieve .exe's and alike. Best way of getting past sending files is just to zip it.
