Volume?

Is there anyway to regualate the volume in Turing? At all? Even any algorithms that could be used to control volume? I mean volume for Music.Sound, Music.Play, and Music.PlayFile and others. I need to quiet down my sound effects and louden my background music. If it can't be done in Turing is there any software that one could acquire to do so? Preferably free.

Nope; not that I know of.

As for programs to do this, google for "Audacity".
