trying to create a login page...help

note: very noobish person here... :oops: 

i would just like someone to create a login webpage where a user inputs their username and password .....and then are allowed to look at the "secret" content of my webpage. 
i just wana make sure this content is protected .. and only a set of designated people can see it...(like 20 or 30 people) 
note ive only used frontpage to create my webpage ...and im not sure if ill need any other program to create this login page....(i dont think i will ..will i?)

help!!
