The database for the most part is moved and all of the files, tho it is still using the files on the old host right now. About 50 v3 bits = 1~2 v2 bits. That realy depeends on what is done for v3, the idea is to keep the magority of the database turotial and code wise. Also what u saw was just one posable idea for v3 that was not even ready for an aplapa test. Since the idea of v3 has started there has been well over 20~30 difrent concpects for v3 and even some v4 conspects are coming up. What i am planing right now for v3 and what u saw the start of is a magor upgrade of phpbb with tones of litte chages to make it somthing not quite phpbb and add a more comunity style like devien art and others where users can posts pics, ect and articals and such come up in a place other then the forms. Also a portal system on the side so we can call it a site. Well this is not somthing u can just coment out. And you do have access to the files just not the webpanel b/c it is messed up right now and i am working on geting you access to it.
