Hey all,
What are the good firewalls for windows (xp) out there?
Exclude the latest version of ZoneAlarm, it's a pain stupid damm thing.
Anyone know?

Router, I got a router also... but a firewall like zonealarm except 1 that doesn't screw up the internet Confused

I also have my firewall/router. Doesn't it just automatically close all ports except for ones you set it up to forward to your pc? Or is that not enough? I guess I just don't care much because anyone who hacks into my computer would just be wasting their time with boring/worthless junk.

You realy should try to keep your comp secure even if it has nothing on it. Some poleop ramdoly look for comps to uses to send spam, share files or hack somting with. This whould make it look like you are doing illegae stuff and could get you arested as well as in shit with your ISP. Also no one likes poleop stealing bandwith or helping with spam.

ya, most viruses also or w/e use these normal user comps to do all their crazy weird stuff ;S

Sygate Personal Firewall is good, I like it. The personal version is free.

Use MSIE to view the page, doesn't work well in Firefox.
