Here is my bomberman type program, the collision detection is a bit off, but it's not too bad
Controls:
Player 1: IJKL to move, U to lay a bomb
Player 2: WASD to move, q to lay a bomb

eh Confused are you using getch for input Shocked bad Newfder Laughing

use Input.KeyDown, there's a tutorial on it available

also collision detection seems off...

and map file is really messy... should try reading "map" file

Like white_dragon said, i'm just too lazy. I learned Input.KeyDown, but didn't bother changing it. Oh, and if someone wants to write an AI for it, go ahead.

i would write one if i knew what bomber man exactly is and how the game works...

i belive that in the original bomberman your're in a maze full of solid and breakable walls. You lay bombs that go off with a timer that could blow up weak walls and other players within range. The objective is to kill other players.

....ummm...

when i play it all i see is white.,... i removed all delays trying to speed up... but after 2 min.... i only saw a bit of stuff.... also... not everyone has 1000x700 resolution... so maybe think of bringing it down to 800x600.... and after about one minute.. i got a array subscript out of range error...

so try unziping your file to a totaly new location and try it yourself...
i dont know.... i have new version of turing.... maybe thats it..

Wicked program of what i can see in code... took you ltos of work.... 600 lines... nice..

I remeber the old bomberman games where there is a bigger blast radius that is restricted in a maze, in this game, it would be pretty hard to win.

yes... in the bomberman on NES it used a grid system, and the bomb's blast radius would be two squares up, down, left, right in a " + ". The baddies would also act like an unexploded bomb was a wall and then would not walk through it.
