are there any GR 10's out there that are going on the Queen's E=MC^2 program? I'm not too sure what order to pick my courses... the four are: Introduction to Java and Image Processing Power of the C! Engineering Robotics |

400$ is too expensive for me too  thing is there have been a bunch of school trips (like to Sudbury and Quebec) but I'm too poor to go, saved money instead. This is think is worth it though.
anyways, you can learn C anytime? you have C? or know of some possibly illegal site to get C? 
thanks for the advice, I think robotics will be either number 1 or 2 on my choice list  |

dude... you can get free c and c++ compilers pretty easily... just the full out ide's like borland or visual c++ that are costly. robotics would probably be my first choice though, then probably the java one, then the c one and the engineering one last |

iono.. people.. apparently can't and don't want to set it up.. and would rather use the Spyware filled Kazza.. instead of Emule, or BT.. or even IRC... it's pretty weird.. but so are people  |

i own Visual C 6.0... with Visual Studio 6.0 Professional.. it was a gift for my uncle.. who got lazy and gave it to me.. just because i started to program.. so i don't need any of this.... piracy... that i never used in my life before  .... and never will  *gets paranoid* |

Sorry 1 in a million. And really no matter how much u dl theres sum ass who downloads 50 times more. And cervantes i hardley think that its likely u will be sued. So far like 30 or less have been sued in like 100 million pplz. |

k++?! I only use it for music. For programs, games, movies and shows bit torrent owns all. Because for the software, you're downloading the actual CD image and not some poorly cracked version that *may* work and *may* have all the sounds/music/cutsenes intact. Also, you don't have dickheads who choose to only let a certain number of people download at a time, or the ones who cancel your download. |

how does bit torrent work? I went to the website and downloaded it, then in the folder there was btdownloadgui.exe, when I run it, I can't download cause theres a bunch of errors. |

So change the file options to open torrent files with bit torrent instead. Go to any folder, click on tools > folder options > click on the file types tab, then scroll down to TORRENT and make sure it's set to open with btdownloadgui. |

Submited my application on Friday 8) Robotics Power Up! Imaging Processing and Java Engineering I couldnt justify putting C in there, I took the C++ course last year and I didnt do much. Dont feel like wasting money again |

unfortunately I think that class is gunna be pretty full  3 out of the 6 people going from my school (including me) put robotics first
