there's a bunch of free scripts you can download and put up on your website that will allow chat. Atleast I think so

since when can a chat only be done in java??? you could do it in javascript, make a form and when the form is submitted it writes to that page, and just make the page refresh every few seconds or so...and there you go...you gotta chat...not a very effecient one, but a chat haha....id say go to www.hotscripts.com or http://brinkster.com/CodeBank/ and just pick your langauge, and type in chat, with that site you can get a free host aswell...no PHP though |
